July 16, 2016 A wonderful summer day in Grand Rapids made even better being able to capture Nicholas and Andrea's wedding. Our day with the couple began at the JW Marriot hotel where Nicholas and the boys got ready. Then we buzzed on over to where Andrea and her girls were getting their hair and makeup done. The gorgeous loft made a wonderful location for photos and film. Once the dress was on we headed out to the Cathedral where the ceremony would take place. A traditional Catholic ceremony ended with vows and a kiss! We then hopped on the trolley on over to Riverside park where we had some fun with the wedding party! Of course epic shots of the couple themselves were on order. The reception venue in the heart of the city made a classy atmosphere for the guests. For most everyone it was a destination wedding which made it the perfect occasion for friends and family to visit the city. Once seated, some beautiful words were spoken on behalf of the bride and groom by family and friends. The evening continued with dinner, the formal dances and a live band for the guests to enjoy! To cap it all off, a sparkler exit with a horse and carriage waiting for the couple to ride off in to the night! The photos were ready just over a month after date and the film will be coming in just a few short weeks so keep an eye out it you want to see the movie! (will update the post once it is competed)
